Position Summary:

Dalfen America Corp., one of the largest buyers of industrial real estate in the US, is seeking an Administrative Assistant & Tenant Services Coordinator to join its asset management team in Cincinnati, OH.

Position Responsibilities:

· Answer telephone, handle tenant/vendor calls and schedule and oversee maintenance/ service requests, ects.

· Assist in the review, preparation and approval of the accounts payable for Property Manager

· Review all AP invoices and code same consistent with the Budgets

· Respond timely to all tenant requests

· Assist in drafting contracts for property manager

· Accept rental payments and post in a timely manner, post late fees, record collected payments, and prepare bank deposit slips

· Invoice tenants for services rendered

· Other duties as assigned


Qualifications Position Skills & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in commercial or residential real estate industry is preferred, but not a requirement
• Highly motivated with strong work ethic
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a demanding work environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Knowledge of Yardi and Impak will be considered an asset
