Accounting / Office Manager

Small boutique Architecture and Interior Design Firm specializing in commercial interiors seeks Full-Time Accounting/Office Manager. Requiring a minimum of two years similar experience, the ideal candidate, will possess self-initiative and autonomy while enjoying group efforts and results. Superior communication and attention to detail are base line expectations. · Administrative roll – Oversee day to day routine operations, file retention.

· HR – Monitor payroll functions and benefit administration (both outsourced), enter time sheets

· Accounts Receivable

· Accounts Payable

· Maintain General Ledger

· Produce monthly invoices & reports

· Coordinate tax files with CPA

· Prepare annual certification and Insurance renewal applications

· Maintain Marketing Materials and assist with Promotional Materials

· Maintain Website updates and additions

Qualifications Qualifications:
• Proven knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices & standards.
• Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Familiarity with Deltek -Vision accounting software
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
