As a Property Administrator, you will be involved in all aspects of assisting the Property Manager for an assigned portfolio of commercial properties. You assist with preparing work orders, maintaining property files, insurance tracking, and processing accounts payables/receivable. You will assist with tenant and vendor customer service.

Qualifications | What you bring:
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience. Property Management or Commercial Real Estate preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Strong oral and written communications skills • Ability to give and take direction and to interface with decision makers in a professional manner and maintain confidential information • Excellent attendance and punctuality • The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented. • Required basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures. Bonus skills and experience • Knowledge of commercial real estate and experience in commercial real estate a plus • Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi, Avid Exchange, Building Engines, etc. • Experience with contracts, leasing agreements, and lease abstracts. What success looks like: • Receive and sort incoming mail • Make copies and distribute • Mail, Fax and courier documents • Answers, screens and directs incoming calls. Assists with tenant and vendor customer service. • Assists with property budget process including obtaining bids and related pricing. • Works with maintenance staff and vendors. • Review weekly maintenance time sheets for accuracy. • Coordinates tenant events and appreciation. • Initiate rent collections, correspondence and phone contact with tenant. • Maintain PO log for various locations. • Work closely with janitorial service, conduct monthly walk-throughs with supervisor. |
