Job Summary:

Corporex, one of the largest private real estate companies in the region, is searching for a Property Manager to join the team overseeing our growing commercial real estate portfolio in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky market.

As a Property Manager at Corporex, you will oversee a campus of commercial properties with focus on the financial and operational management of each asset. The campus assigned to this position includes high-rise office, parking, HOA and retail properties.

Essential Job Duties:

· Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of assigned properties

· Develop and administer annual property plans and perform ongoing plan reforecasting throughout the year

· Prepare timely and accurate monthly and quarterly property reports

· Manage, train and lead all staff at assigned properties

· Bid, negotiate, award and manage all building service contracts and operating projects

· Act as Landlord representative on all tenant improvement construction

· Assist in developing and executing short and long-term asset strategy

· Perform frequent and thorough property inspections to ensure compliance with Corporex standards

· Create and foster professional relationships with Tenants and Vendors

· Responsible for all lease administration duties

· Monitor and collect accounts receivable at assigned properties

· Serve as primary point of contact for clients, tenants, guests and vendors

· Ensure property requests and problems are resolved in accordance with contractual obligations and Corporex standards

· Other duties as assigned
