St. Ursula Academy of Cincinnati, Inc. seeks a dynamic individual to fill the role of Director of Facilities. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated strengths and success in leading and managing people, projects, processes, and change with a genuine desire to empower, and motivate others.

As the Director of Facilities, the individual will have shared responsibility with the VP of Facilities and Project Management for planning and developing facility strategies and capital projects. The individual will have primary responsibility for the overall maintenance of all campus facilities and grounds to provide the safest and secure environment for students, faculty, staff; focusing on using best practices to improve efficiency while reducing operating costs. At a minimum, the Director of Facilities shall have an Associate’s degree and 10 years of facilities management experience. Certified Facility Manager’s designation is preferred. This is a full-time position and will report to the VP of Facilities and Project Management.
