Position Summary:
Commercial 30 story Class A Office tower in downtown Cincinnati hiring building Maintenance Technician. The Maintenance Technician reports to the Chief Engineer and works directly with the Property Management staff, providing support as needed to all tenants and team members. The maintenance technician utilizes skills and trades such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repair of building systems. Working under limited supervision, the Maintenance Technician maintains building operations as mentioned above and other general building duties.

Essential Job Functions:
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Perform general repairs, maintenance and replacement of building components including, but not limited to building fixtures, plumbing and electrical equipment.
Provide prompt and courteous response to tenant service requests.
Assume additional responsibilities as delegated by supervisor.
